Strong Community Engagement at Today’s Kosciusko County Housing Coalition Meeting

We had a productive and inspiring meeting today with the Kosciusko County Housing Coalition. It was encouraging to see such a strong turnout from passionate individuals and organizations who truly care about the future of housing in our community.

A big thank-you to Transform Consulting for skillfully facilitating the discussion. The meeting was packed with valuable insights and updates that will help guide our continued efforts.

We’re excited about the momentum and collaboration of this coalition—and we’re already looking forward to the next meeting!

This meeting will kickstart our strategic planning process for the Kosciusko County Housing Coalition, so be ready to dream big. We are partnering with Transform Consulting to facilitate this meeting and future sessions to maximize our time together. They did a fantastic job with LaunchPad's original strategic plan, so I am very excited to bring them into this project.

The inaugural Kosciusko County Housing Coalition (KCHC) Call-Out Meeting was a great success! Over 35 individuals came together to discuss housing, representing a diverse group of community members, including realtors, builders, lenders, nonprofit organizations, and more. It was inspiring to see such broad participation! We’re excited for the next meeting, where we will begin developing a shared plan and goals. Join us on Thursday, May 15th, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Kosciusko County Community Foundation.

We will be attending the first gathering of the Kosciusko County Housing Coalition (KCHC) Call-Out Meeting held on Thursday March 13th from 5:30pm - 7:00pm at The Gathering Place (123 S.
